Also I changed the hair a bit more from the OC ref, since the hair was... unique to say the least. ALso I wasn't sure if the eye color was actually blue, so I made it blue. Norman The Gamer, if you want me to change the color tell me, I'll goahead Also drawing clouds is surprisingly easy, just take a screen shot- (THIS IS A JOKE!!) I just get a textured brush thats kinda pink and start layering slightly darker pinks then blend blur them. I didn't need a tut, but I do recomend watching some if you want to learn.
