I got the emote searching this on scratch: %15. In the search box, you will see a square shape. Copy it. (Ctrl + C) Open a blank project. Click the create new block button. In the box that shows up, paste the square. (Ctrl + V) Click enter, and you will have the Red hat block. Or, to make it faster, here is the emote.
