Sogran II has realized that Sokron's downfall is inevitable, so he has ordered his Cultists to do "the death of Sokron". Civilians across Sokron are being attacked by Sokron's military. Tanks and Non-nuclear rockets used by Sokron on it's own civilians cause more devastation than the Wasp attacks in 1915. On the meanwhile, Sogran II has gone into the mines under Fort Sokron.
