Controls: arrow keys to move left/right and up arrow key to flare. You have to land very smoothly and touchdown on level flight to succeed. Try landing at the clear green spot! Its not possible to land over the houses or trees Good luck!
This is a simulation of helicopters emergency landing procedures. Remember that when a helicopter loses engine power, you have only a few seconds to flare just before touch down. Thats because the main rotor still spinning only by inertia and will slow down really fast as you flare, so try to be precise when doing the flare (up arrow key) to avoid stalling the main rotor and crashing without control. NOTE: The code was tweaked from grobinson12's lunar lander project. NOTE2: Its planned to improve helicopter's behavior, spinning props effect and add more levels.
