he was an old decepticon scientist who got Oofed when studying "Cosmic Rust", but instead of staying Oofed he got back up as he was decaying from the Rust and controled it making his own faction out of the Rust. his face resembles a plague doctors mask and his color scheme is Grey and Orange(orange because of rust) and transforms into the V-22 Osprey
