Phases are not recommended Dont send joke submissions no hp values over 90,000 and by extention no outragous lives values, if your character has over 10k you are only allowed 3 lives max, if your character has exactly 90k you dont get any extra lives cry about it, determination counts too you aren't allowed to abuse revive max 3 times, however if your oc has less than 10k hp the max lives are 6 healing items are allowed do not remove taz's attacks do not add ocs that a litterially just scratch cat, you gotta change it up more DO NOT ENCODE YOUR MESSAGES DO NOT TRY TO MAKE AN ARG PLEASE STOP dodges are fine, no instant kills (like attacks that deal more than 1 life insantly) DO NOT BIND YOUR ATTACKS TO BUTTONS PLEASE MAKE THEM USE THE TURN SYSTEM DO NOT STEAL MY ABILITIES, DO NOT REMOVE MY ABILITIES (PS: im fine with more than 1 OC fighting taz please just dont bring an army)
