“Did I ever tell you that you're really pretty?” Ikari said. I looked at her, with a mixture of surprise and confusion at the random compliment. Ikari seemed to get flustered, probably not meaning to say it aloud. “What? Your hair is long and wavy, or curly, I can't tell the difference between the two. And it’s such a pretty blonde color! And your eyes are my favorite shade of blue.” She said. I shrugged, “I guess so. You’re pretty too.” I responded. She smiled wider than she did before, “Thanks.” Days seemed to pass by faster now. I had a lot of fun playing with Ikari at the park each day, and eventually, I started learning things about her. She didn’t like to be still for too long and always stayed at the park as long as possible. She never talked about her home, but to be fair, I didn’t either. She liked strawberry things and always wore a sweater, even on hot days. At first, her sweater was purple, like the color of her eyes, but she then started wearing blue sweaters and shirts. She liked the color blue. She also said that she liked the color yellow. I think my favorite colors are blue and purple. Whenever she suggests getting ice cream, I always decline, because she has a habit of biting her ice cream. I think that’s the only thing I don't particularly like about her, because what sane person bites ice cream?
