rules: Don't edit Poptop's sprite. make sure Tentacomet is Behind everything. make sure it looks like an apocalypse No deleting other people's sprites. you can add yourself in the background, but not too close. no animating. this is art, not animated art. anything i see that is wrong that i forgot to add to the rules will be fixed and added to the rules.
