Instructions

The use of MR SPREADSHEET: 1. making tables 2.arranging data 3.calculations TYPE IN DATA: When you press "TYPE IN DATA", the "RESPONSE BAR" will give an output, then you have to type the location of the cell and then you can type in the data. RESPONSE BAR: The "RESPONSE BAR" tells you what to do, and responds to your input. Address of the cells: You might have noticed that the "RESPONSE BAR" asks for the cell you want to type the data in, and thought how to find out the address of the cell you want to type the data in. First you have to type the name of the column, and then the row. Example: a7, c5, d11, b8, etc. The name of the columns & rows are: A B C D E 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 Rows & Columns: There are total 11 rows and 5 columns in MR SPREADSHEET. FORMULAS: When the "RESPONSE BAR" asks you to type in the data, then if you type "add", you can do addition. If you type "subtract", you can do subtraction. If you type "multiply", you can do multiplication. If you type "divide", you can do division. When the "RESPONSE BAR"asks you "In which cell do you want to type the data in?", then if you type "add row" then type in the name of the row you want the cells to get added, then all the numbers inside the cells of the row will get added, and the sum will come on the cell of the row that lies in the column"E". You can do also type "add column" to do the same thing, but with columns. SLATE: Press "SPACE" to open slate, and press "M" to close it. You can also clear everything by pressing "SPACE". You can change the size of the pen with up and down arrow keys, you can change the colour of the pen with the left and right arrow keys. Slate can be used for drawing, doing calculations and doing rough work.
