After a rather useful conversation with @GoldenSonicPlanet, I found a file that actively steals usable project files to make remixes planted by... someone. Hopefully, I'll be able to trace the person responsible. Somehow. Remixes haven't been published in a while, so I assume that the person responsible is laying low for now. Anyhoo, I peeked at the metadata for that file and the author is just ":)". ...Weird.
