Upon learning of the invasion of Manchuria, President Bauer declared his nation would not join the war unless provoked by Manchuria or Manchurian allies but would pledge their support to Trithersta and their allies. Shipments of rifles and surplus artillery cannons and shells are being transported into Trithersta to assist with the war effort.
