Really easy to cade, all you have to do is take out 2 "When Flag Clicked" Blocks, to both of them, add a "Forever" block. One of them you put a "Say 'Hello'" block and change what it says to "YIPPIE!!!" To the second block group, you're going to add two "Repeat" blocks. Change the value to 30 on both of them. to the top one, you're going to add a "Change Size by ___" block. You are going to set this to 10. With the second one, you're going to add the same block but you're going to have the block as "-10" Like I said, very easy. You can do this with any sprite of your choosing. You can also add a backdrop if you want.
