Wow it's that one enemy that shows up in Pizza Tower Noise bossfight and like nowhere else! (yes I know I forgot the weird hat moustache thing it was too thin and I was lazy) (and yes I know the paint and stuff is kinda botched this is only like the second time I've done this)
