uhhh hmmm let's see here the dude's name is Elton he's supposed to be a knight from an alternate universe that was in ruin, and now he's in the current card universe and has to adapt with current times he wields a sword that can vibrate the blade extremely fast (about the same speed that card can swing at things, which gives it a light glow) and can cut through virtually anything. he's somewhat faster than light, however he's a master at outsmarting his opponents in battle.
