concept story: This is Cherry Jr. from an alternate universe where his father, Cherry Red, died due to an accident. Filled with grief, Cherry Jr. is desperate to revive his father. He attempts countless potions in numerous tries to bring his father back (poor guy...). His friends tell him to move on, but he INSISTS on reviving his father. One time, there's an accident while making a potion, leaving him disfigured (based on his current appearance rn fr fr). After a whole year (that's dedication right there), he has no choice but to make a deal with "ZALGO" for an agreement: able to teleport to another universe (aka the main universe) to meet his father one last time, but in exchange, he becomes ZALGO's vessel.
