A captain made by manipulations. When his city was attacked by the doctor,he was at school,unknowing that his parents were now gone. He grieved,and the doctor saw this as a chance to make another unstoppable captain,and promised him he would have his parents back if he followed him. After giving him powers,he was MAD. He was promised his parents,and got nothing. He ran off,knocking out the doctor on the way,becoming a hero.
