i hjope I geb in press space btw in the anim yay When he hypnotizes someone, he can't control them or tell them to do anything, they just kinda stand there looking like they spaced out or something for like 5 minutes then snap back into reality (you cant wake them up during this state, they wait for five minutes then come back) but he only uses this power in very bad situations.
