Silly Billy is done, but not on scratch. dbl flag for synced events (ex.: the title) also the disc and the paralelogram and both of the text boxes are used for the songs begining part, so if you reuse them, if it's a diffrent song, adjust how you like! also, for the vector art, its on the costume "The Vectors" of "Items" and i forgot the cutscene
