Bases are available to anyone, unless I have a specific reason not to allow someone to use one, E.G: using my art uncredited/claiming it is your art, tracing, recolouring, etc. you can only use a base once, and you have to credit me. I’ll make a TOS soon. If you use any of these, and post it on scratch, the project should be a remix, or you can put a link in the comments if you don’t want to remix. Hope you like them!
