An attempt to expand the reach of Kefeon expanded: stage 1: The young Tsar announces in a speech that the military will be quadroupled and the colonial police quintoupled, they also announce officially the mass production of Vertibirds and Regent-1 sarellites. Stage 2: The factories across Kefeon are temporarily given harsh quotas to meet demands for new increases in army size, this will hopefully increase the production by ten times as factory workers are usually given a lot of time off with all the machinery automating most of it but will be needed as backup as the machinery will be put under heavy strain by the quotas. Stage 3: The army will send forces across our galaxy and then into others before the colonial police arrive to secure them, beginning integration as poor families from the overpopulated streets and sums of the planets we own are sent out to start a new life on recently colonised worlds, solving that crisis AND giving us ore areas for factories so the army gets enough supplies to stop hash quotas!
