yes I'm reviving this rules change at most TWO THINGS (that includes body parts) edit the single costume of this dont make a 2nd one no community guideline breakers only the base stays on vector, if you want to add something in bitmap make a sprite for that, draw it (or import it), then copy paste it and delete the original asset for said bitmap image
