Tarred reaper appears(or TR) has appeared which is rare as he usually is not around or is busy he doesn't (rarely) swing first as he's usually the defensive type before swinging first, if your lucky he'll just give you an item and move along with his day the domino crown is THEIR second most powerful item, the blade and other thing is his powerful main weapon TR doesnt often speak, the only times he speaks is when he casts spells or if HE really wants/needs to, otherwise he lets THEM doing talking for him
