Down enables interactions with things Frankly, this may be the last scratch project that I make. I'll continue to test mechanics in scratch, continue to help others and of course continue to respond to comments but scratch is running out of use for me. I spent most of 2012 thinking 2.0 WILL run faster and better. Flash is generally very fast at everything and there was far fewer languages used to create the 2.0 scratch gui. I then spent the early half of 2013 thinking 2.0 WILL run faster once it's out of alpha/beta/dev. I'm not so sure anymore. The split-up code that is dependent for scratch to run smoothly has never been my prefered choice of coding and at times I think I'm getting too old for this. Since the new editor I've had to use 1.4 for level building, Paint.NET to edit the images and only then I could put them into 2.0 to work with the levels in this. I first said that 2.0 was more streamlined, and from the just-a-bit-of-stuff-here and integration into the new site it was, and still is. With my computer though, and my internet, and the 1 fps I seem to get when trying to edit any scripts larger than one screen I can't use the editor very quickly. I plan on learning text languages over the holiday and hopefully they will be editable with more than 1 frame a second. I appreciate the community and I will still try to stay in touch with it. I'd like to thank everyone on my friends list for providing me with feedback and support for so long. I'll keep reviewing games you all make and I'll stay in TE @co13 but the only games I make in scratch now will be from that. Thank you everyone, but I'm moving on. I think I'll start with simple stuff but if I make anything half as good as some of my scratch projects you'll all be the first people to know.
I would strongly recommend that you switch browsers if you experience lag, the game is best played with the toggles on but is unlikely to run well in Chrome on the pepper flash unless your PC is very good.
