There's a possible chance that your OC will be in a new HAL OC Pack! So go straight right in! Rules: 1. You must be a fan or friend of me, for obvious reasons. 2. Your HAL OC can be any character/symbol/letter, but if the symbols not related to any Hangeul/Korean letters, then that's a rare chance for you to get in. 3.
