This is based off a game called Lobotomy Corporation A game where you have to watch over abnormalities and make sure they don't cause chaos (while getting cool stuff from them when they do escape.) If you wonder why Elijah looks like that, he adapts to any universe he's in as long it doesn't change his appearance much.
