Just yesterday, Everyone Knows That was found. The artist behind it was Christopher David Booth. The weird thing was it didn't come from a commercial about chips or anything, but it came from a scene of the movie "Angels of Passion" that involves a scene where the song is present. It surprises me that the singer was actually saying "Everyone Knows It" and not "Everyone Knows That", plus I didn't think this song would be found.
Note: The composer said the song was not made for the movie (in a CBC interview). He said he would release a mastered full version soon without the sounds. Every contributor that helped in the EKT search
