The Journal of Galactica ("ⴰⵖⵎⵉⵙ ⵏ ⴳⴰⵍⴰⴽⵜⵉⴽⴰ" in Galactese, a lesser yet still widely spoken language in Galactica written in the Tifinagh script, primarily in the south of the island nation) is the primary news journal for the Tele-Galactica 1 (broadcast code: TG1, "ⵜⵉⵍⵉⴳⴰⵍⴰⴽⵜⵉⴽⴰ 1" in Galactese) network. This JG logo was used for 11 years from 1978 until 1987.
