On March 10th, 2016, Pathé, Noggin (app), ITV Hub, and Mr20ThCenturySamInc Holdings with Disney XD, Sesame Workshop, and p9p9p Holdings bought SammyWorks to share with Sony, Time Warner, NBCUniversal, DreamWorks Animation, Lionsgate, Chick-fil-A, and 21st Century Fox for $5 million. It will also have a new animated logo in 2020.
