The Boiled One, also known as PHEN-228, is a contigohazardous anomaly that occurs when viewing PHEN-228’s face. Stage 1 occurs when PHEN-228 is viewed. The Victim’s mental health will begin to deteriorate and hallucinations will start to occur. Victims report hearing trumpets before bed. Stage 2 occurs within 1-3 weeks of exposure. The victim will become paralyzed completely except for their eyes. PHEN-228 becomes visible and will be seen in the Victim’s house or windows. Often, Stage 2 Victims are stalked by PHEN-228. They can communicate via blinking in Morse code.
