Liancourt Television Network, serving the very east of South Korea, and the southwest of Japan. The station is being broadcast primarily in the Liancourt Islands, along with the Oki and Ulleungdo Islands with primarily English-language programming. It was officially launched in 1979, following ideas from the KBS corporation to broadcast in the Sea of Japan. In 2008, the LTN joined Xenon Cable after a private year-long negotiation.
