Arrow keys move the Scratch cat
You start off in the upper right hand corner, the terrain will stop moving once you reach the top and right sides. Note that the more times you tile the background, the more it will lag. Currently set at 7 tiles. Added a scale feature, able to be used as a map thing if you use this.
