I touched up the color limit so it would stick to the 3 color restriction. Theoretically, his shell could be a separate sprite. However, if he were to be one sprite, this would probably be his color palette. I also added alternate palettes: Fusion/AM2R Possible Metroid NES Palette 1 Possible Metroid NES Palette 2 First Palette Inverted
