SCP-4080-1 "the ruined city" Description:SCP-4080-1 is a city it appears that some kind of explosive device has been used on this city and many parts of the city has extensive damage to it is unknown what the nature of this device that possibly damaged the city is but it might be the reason multiple portals to different dimensions have been appearing. The city is controlled by multiple military organization which control different part of the city there seems to heavy tension between these military organizations there is no known civilian presence.
