XENON OS IS COMING ON PENGUINMOD!!!
If you are wondering, xenon OS 5 will still be on Scratch like the other ones, but Xenon OS 5+ will be on my Website, (https://sites.google.com/view/xenon-os/home) it will be downloadable and have more features thanks to penguin mods insane capabilities. i cant share them on penguinmod because it is wayy too heavy. also i will still be using scratch to make the base and upgrade it with penguinmod since i cant collab on there. Expect an enourmous upgrade. (not promising, but chatgpt-3 might be on there!)
