The one thing I can confirm is pico is not a scratch.exe intentionally, But rather a horror brew. Also Uhh Fun fact, Inside the ripped in half head, You can see his skull and if you use the vector tool, It has less nodes, Mainly because I don't want to constantly redraw the skull every time only for it to not fit.
He's a heavily edited version of the regular pico except monotone and with a missing face. I'm not gonna add or mention any lore because I want him to be more mysterious which is why he has no origin story. I might reconsider scrapping Scratch-A.Beta V3 for this dude
