Just a basic voting system that should work to block against multiple votes from the same account. Credit to bobbybee for the encoder and decoder. :) Note: Some of you may notice, there are more votes than voters, but if you look in the cloud log, for some reason, after a certain number of votes, it suddenly cuts half the list from 40 usernames down to 15-20. I don't know the exact number, but if you could help me figure out why, that would be great. :)
