Explanation: Clockman is trapped in Camera’s house and is dehydrated with no oil (his arms are too weak to twist open the door). He sees Drillman and only knows one thing. Drills sure do have a lot of oil in them. Also, in the 2nd phase, he's holding drill so he can't run.
