Scratch ruined the quality: *dies* ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ So, guys, this is my Wings of Fire: the Dark Side OC, Dusky. I AM going to show a speed draw soon of her, but there have been TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES SOOO... ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ She’s a SeaWing-SkyWing hybrid Her name is Dusky, and she has a really tragic backstory... Her mother was a SeaWing princess, Algae, captured in the SkyWing fortress that belonged to Queen Scarlet during the war and was forced to fight. Her father was a SkyWing general in charge of keeping the prisoners quiet, also known as Obsidian, the Keeper of the Keyes. ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ But as Algae began to keep the prisoners up with news of the war (she had animus powers that allowed her to see visions in glass and water) the young SkyWing general began to feel more and more heartbroken for the cheerful SeaWing princess. When a jailbreak issued by a bunch of slithering SandWings succeeded, they ran away together, Obsidian confessing that he'd felt horrible about what he'd been doing, working for Scarlet. Algae forgave him and they began to make their way towards the mountains. ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ Scarlet later tried to cover up the disappearance of over a hundred prisoners, which is why she had later prisoners fight scavengers until there were enough. But she was so furious she sent SandWings after them, who killed Obsidian and would've killed Algae too if she hadn't been away at the time, looking for water to see a vision in. She escaped with newly hatched Dusky, making sure she fed the young dragonet happy tales of hope, peace, and happiness. ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ Thus Dusky grew up, despite all the trauma, loved and somewhat cheerful. Everyone who met her, she remembered. Her memory was a unique skill. ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ But one day, the SandWings came back. Word had got out that the SeaWings were looking for their missing princess, and Scarlet had finally understood that the prisoner she'd had, who'd called herself Algae, was THE princess Algae, and so she began to look for her. Dusky and Algae escaped to a MudWing village called Possibility but had to hide when a storm of SandWings came through, looking for fugitives. ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ By this time the war was in full force. The Dragonet Prophecy had been pronounced, and it was rumored that a missing SeaWing princess was the 'Seawing egg of deepest blue.' Algae, fearing rebels would come after her, led Dusky away from the more warring areas, including Possibility. They traveled until they reached the rainforest. They finally settled down, living as close to the shore, right where the rainforest meets beach. ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ And YES, I DO INDEED know that this RP is set in Darkstalker's time, BUT it's also an AU, so time is all jumbled up. ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ Music - The Other Side - The Greatest Showman ─•~❉᯽❉~•─ The Dark Side is run by @Nightclawthedragon It's a WoF AU set in a time reality where Darkstalker never turns evil - and it is 200 years ago.
