Woo! My third CC So I assume you know the rules. Gore/Blood is allowed Color the lineart. You can change the lineart BUT ONLY A LITTLE. Color the background Don't change the music You can use other programs AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST Don't just use the fill bucket!!
