This is allegedly the start (the only part that exists) of an unfinished Pepperman escape theme when he was going to be playable. However, I love Pepperman but only heard of it that day, AND I don't see anything about it on the wiki. Does anyone know if it IS actually real? Personally, because it uses the leitmotif from the Sugary Spire escape, I think someone made it to generate hate for Sugary Spire by showing they "stole" it.
