He has 3 stages, inactive, active(in the floor) and active(standing) you will need to shock him when he's standing to make him inactive, if not then a bunch of faces of the real and fake bartender will appear, you will need to click all the real ones before a timer runs out. Once you click each real face then you are fine. But if you clicked a fake face the timer will go faster and faster until the timer runs out which means you die.
