D-72 is a static-pixel lil' fella that spawns at room D-72 and above. You have around 2-5 seconds to hide. If he sees you, he will transform into his enraged form and even if you try to hide, he will check all hiding spots and kill you immediately (WOW THAT'S BRUTAL).
