Yeah so remember that project I made a while ago saying that I did it? Turns out there are three secret badges you have to unlock! One is the 100% award, one is the "complete the game without using battle accessories" award, and the last one is the "complete the game without dying" award. These kind of suck, because if you miss out on them the first time it is impossible to go back and get them. So I had to do another playthrough YIPPEE! On my first run, I died early on at the Earth Vellumental Temple. But on the second I beat the game without dying or using battle accessories, I filled in every not-bottomless hole, I hit every single ? block, I collected every collectable treasure, I saved all 416 toads, I did Eddy River again (in only 9 tries!!!), I did the perfect game on Shy Guys Finish Last again (in only TWO tries!!!), I did all of the battle lab stuff, I did all of the battling and coin collecting, I did the fishing for both the gigantic blooper and the giant cheep cheep, I. DID. EVERYTHING. For the sake of your sanity, I don't recommend 100%ing this game dispite the fact that it is an underrated masterpiece. If you do want to, then I'm rooting for you! But I can proudly say that Paper Mario: The Origami King is the very first game I have ever 100%ed! ...your still here? Well, I may as well give you a little teaser on what I want to do for the future. After I play Paper Mario 64 and the upcoming TTYD remake, I'll make a review for every paper mario game ever. Prepare for some hot takes!
