yeah uh idk if this is good enough because i have NOT made 3D backgrounds in a long time but uhh i just kept adding stuff that would've been good so it didn't look TOO empty (and used the boss color palette for colored parts and a filter) as for animating it... ...that'll take forever to do in Paint 3D because i have to save an image for every frame and then align them properly- (feel free to vector this though if you'd like)
everything within the canvas will be shown in the project btw (Paint 3D only saves everything inside the canvas's range, so the text down there for example will not be visible) these bgs were discontinued cuz of p r o c r a s t i n a t i o n
