So Miz didn’t have a super detailed reason of why they left, and Candy didn’t really have an explanation at all. SO. If you are wondering about anything then hopefully, This project will answer it. From Mizzie (I copied and pasted) Tufty has informed me that some people have been wondering what happened to me, if I’ll come back, and why I left in the first place. so here’s an explanation: someone popular(not specifiying) made an april fools joke that they were a furry hater. I tried to explain that that is not a funny joke at all and they said I was overreacting and a whole bunch of unrelated-to-the-not-funny-joke-scratcher started harrassing me. Long story short, they tricked me into apologizing when it was them who was COMPLETELY in the wrong. I showed it to my parents and people continued harrasing me so my parents decided that it is not a safe environment. I went on scratch to check and see if anyone was worried abt me and saw a comment that said this in my notifs: “You are not an animal. Get mental help.” Well, that’s pretty toxic, isn’t it? I’m actually kinda surprised someone would say that because humans are animals. Like was that a bot who somehow managed to get on scratch? I don’t even know, but that’s a pretty terrible thing to say and it doesnt make sense anyway. So after that I decided that this place is too toxic for kids/tweens/teens like me. I am not dealing with toxic people’s attidudes. There are def some friends I made on scratch and none of them were toxic, they were all great to me so I thank them for being so kind to me. I am going to stay gone until Scratch team fixes there terrible attitude. I might never come back. But I hope I’ll be able to talk to my friends some time. I miss y’all. I don’t have a specific message from Candy, but pretty much along the lines of Mizzie’s: They were fed up with the toxicity, and then Mizzie got bullied for a stupid reason, their parents decided it was not a safe environment, and they both left.
