Update since addition of Bitmap editor: This project is a fossil from the debate. Older notes below. So Scratch Team IS going to add Bitmap editor! I am very happy. So what to do with this project? I'll mostly leave it be. Here's a link to the forums announcement about the decision: http://beta.scratch.mit.edu/forums/topic/2649/ (the old notes) I think it would benefit 2.0 greatly to have a choice between editor styles. First there's the good old Bitmap editor, with single pixel editing, imported images working well, and a classic look. Then there's Vector, which is new and modern-looking and is, well, could be easier to edit as well as clean resizing. Which one? Both, I say! By the way, getting Bitmap images from 1.4 is harder than it looks. That's why the Failord fist had to be drawn with Vector. :( Oh and also by the way: I like both editors. I'm cutting Vector a bit of slack because the editor is in Beta Stage. And this project is a bit exaggerated. You guys are a lot nicer to me then that. :) Updated to add extras recently ...again.
