New OC! Ocean Man O.M. Ocean like abilities and uses a anchor as a weapon "OOOCEAN MAN TAKE ME BY THE HAND......"
Because i'm coming back to scratch I thought that I might as well make a new OC for myself so here he is! I will prob give more lore later (P.S. might just be an octopus in a scuba suit...)
