lore: he was originally created to be a war robot... but was later decommissioned after the war was over. these days he is more of a relay scarry pet to his humanoid robot companion. but he still will talk occasionally. his fire is an oxyfuel Oxygen and Acetylene mix. the hose like parts of his neck is where the gas travels he has flint in the back of his mouth witch sparks on the steel cog that you can see at the back of his head. this cog will spin causing a spark and igniting the gas. he can control the gas. able to cut off the flow of the gas at will.
