Decepticons Mad Scientist Shockwave, he designed many of the revolutionary Decepticon technology such as the combiners, duo cons, and triple changers, space bridges, barrage units and more weapons of mass destruction. His multipurpose arm canon serves many purposes though it is mostly for combat. During the war he took down most of the Wreckers by himself and putting them out of the fight. Before joining the Decepticons he was an Autobot Senator until he would run into the wrong people and take severe punishment.
