Enjoy the animation? Hopefully you do! The guy is supposed to have sort of spiky hair and is supposed to look upset. He is upset because his city got destroyed from radioactive bombs. This reminds me of the part when it says "This is it, the apocalypse." He is holding the flag because this reminds me of the part when it says "I raise my flag" (Pretend the flag is waving pls)
